At this meeting:

Most of this meeting involved discussing how we were going to eliminate membership dues. It came down to the fact that unless one had a cool new "exclusive" membership piece to entice people to join, very few people actually did. Heck, some of us have even procrastinated when it came to paying membership dues. And sending out a newsletter had just become cost prohibitive. Also, there really wasn't anything to say. Companies have long since stopped giving out little sneak peaks or gossip. Any info one needs can now be easily accessed on MSN boards, from your favorite dealer, or from this wonderful website. We will continue to have our local meetings, support our charities and our favorite collectibles, and most of all have fun and enjoy each others company. Anyone may now consider themselves a member of HMW. The highlight of the meeting, however, was the crowning of this years HMW HARVEST QUEEN. This years queen is............. Audrey Brotman Here, last years "Queen" El Presidente Pat Perry proceeds to pass the Sacred Harvest Wrap to Audrey. An obviously thrilled Audrey graciously accepts the Sacred Harvest Wrap Andrea & Pat say..."Long Live The Queen!!!!"
