Minutes And News 6.25.06

In attendance were: Ann & George Schmidt, Carolyn & Dale Kern Kay Stemnock, Andrea & Pat Perry Sue & Spence Schmidt, Linda Lowalczyk

At this meeting:

We started by talking about and viewing pics of David Lawrence's "3 Ring Circus Tour" pieces. Everyone agreed that "The Great Harlequino" was adorable. Then we moved on to Adam Binder's new releases and the adorable bronze "Gucci" We had a moment of silence (The 1st ever) for Avis' cat "Zeus" who went to kitty heaven due to an illness. Our deepest regrets to Avis. Our HMW - David Lawrence exclusive dragon will be named "Easy Rider". David picked the name from numerous suggestions and the winner of the contest was Mike Reikowsky. Congrats to Mike !! Linda had a moment of silence (The 1st ever) due to a full mouth. Our fearless President Pat Perry was a little out of it due to the fact he had just returned from some Brokeback Camping in the Wilds of Woodridge. Linda regaled us with a story of how she drove to Michigan just to get a "Big Boys" burger. George called her an idiot. We will have order forms for our "Harmony Hop" & "Easy Rider" at the Fin-Alley Event, July 15th. Make sure any checks sent in for the Adam Binder or Eyre Designs Raffles arrive by July 15th, or they will be sent back (with our love). We observed another moment of silence before reading the Event itinerary. We discussed who will bring what food to the event. George will do his thing with cucumbers. We suggested that Brokeback Boy (Pat) wanted a cucumber himself. Dale then proceeded to tell us about his weasel and how he almost ran over it with his lawnmower. That must be some weasel. The conversation then went downhill.
