At this meeting:

Oktoberfest 2005 - Beers & Brats abounded. Kay began the meeting by regaling us with stories from the HOP Event in Seattle. She also showed us many of the event pieces and raffle prizes she managed to pilfer. We heard about how charming Peter Calvesbert & David Lawrence were and how Noel Wiggins graced the event by staying for about a day (out of three) before flitting off. Thanks for making an appearance, Noel. Apparently the next in David Lawrence's "Mrs. Barton's" series has been craved and will be called Mrs. Barton's Piano. Linda was the first to say penis and the grand HMW tradition continues. We voted to renew the Harmony Midwest domain name. We had an impromptu election for HMW Officers. All the incumbents were voted back in with the exception of Vice-President, which went to Carolyn Kern. In a major sift from our Club Mission Statement, we have formally decided that HMW will not solely promote Harmony Kingdom. All of us came out of the closet and acknowledged that we were cross-collectors. Therefore, we will discussed & promote other lines, such as: Adam Binder Editions, Eyre Designs and Fragile World. No collectible shall be off bounds. While we really have been doing this for years, we felt that we should make it official and change our almost non-existent News Letter to reflect this. Andrea told us Pat was right about one thing, however I'm not sure what it was. In celebration of our new-found love for other collectibles, here is a little film about FacePots, directed by and starring our Club Assassin Dale Kern, entitled "Face Pot Hunt"
