At this meeting:

-
Andrea brought a place mat from England featuring the Cotswold's
that she found in a Rummage Sale garbage bin.
-
Wayward member Glen Hechler notified us that he hasn't shown up to
meetings as he has moved to Maryland. But he sends his love and, God Bless Him,
his money.
-
Ticket sales for our Adam Binder Faerie Raffle have been somewhat disappointing.
We are blaming Adam because of his NO SHOW at the HOL Signing
Tour.
-
OOOOOOpppps!!!!! A big, big thing we were supposed to do at our September
meeting was nominate new Officers. We all slapped ourselves on the
wrists for being so forgetful. There will be a Two week deadline for
members to e-mail their choices. (George will send out a mass e-mail to our Rank
& File right away.......yeah, right). We will choose new Officers at our
November meeting. Members must be present to vote.

We are waiting for some kind of book thing that says something
about us being an Official Charitable Trust kind of thing.
-
At the December Holiday Meeting we will tally up and send our
charities for this year their loot.
-
We decided to apply for a debit card for our Bank account so we can set
up an Ebay
charity account

Leanna Baron (HOP Person) says HMW will get a Peter's Portrait
to use for charity.

Not only our we Whimsical, Silly, & Obnoxious, but now also Hungry.

Nancy added to our vast culinary experience by bringing German Mocha
Sticks.

Much to his chagrin, Jeff has been nominated our Annual Harvest Person,
(How's that for politically correct?) due solely to the fact that he showed up last.

George is done with his second wave of eating and is eager to see Jeff crowned.
- Show & Tell:
1. Sue & Spence brought their Adam Binder HOL piece (Which he wasn't
around to sign).
2. Andrea brought a David Frykman Polar Bear.

Adam Binder has re-carved his SIAB faeries, added something inside, and
added a snail to each. Martin will release these only in the UK, separate
from Harmony Ball, and they will be made in China.

Pat & Andrea still have Ladybug & Bumble Bee Pins for $5.00 each.

Linda never got a Mocha Stick as Jeff ate the last one.

More Leftover HBC Crap was passed around as gifts. JOY!
- Our Chinese Raffle was a huge success!!! Between the Timeless
Treasures, Batman Movie (featuring the only real Batman....Adam
West), Coffee, Shaking Hamster, HBC Rings, and Nancy's NEW BOOK,
load's of fun was had by all.

Jeff is still not thrilled about his Harvest Person Award and we
said if he keeps it up, he wouldn't get "Miss Congeniality". To which
Pat added, "And we don't want to see the Swimsuit Competition,
either".

Then we discussed everyone taking home 6 inches.............of the
sandwich, that is.

Next meeting will be November 11, 2001 - 3-6pm at Fin-Alley Gifts
