Minutes And News 11.11.01

At this meeting:

Once again we dispensed with any formalities and started eating. Donald Saville (who was out and about with his cool car) was the official taste tester for Avis' cake because she had to make a double batch for us pigs. We received our contract for our Holiday Party at the Holiday Inn. Woooo Whoooo!. We decided that this would be our Unofficial Novemberfest Party as there is more food today than at our Oktoberfest Party. Linda says the Newsletter is almost done. (Get to Work!) Andrius brought some Ghirardelli chocolates and we all took another break to eat. We discussed which pieces we were going to use for our Charity auction at the Holiday Party. Avis says she might even bring Donald to the party. He can taste everything before we get the OK. The Holiday Party agenda will be drink, mingle, munch, auction some stuff, pull a Binder, drink some more We now have our own Debit card. Life is Good! We talked about the new lines from HK and Ann showed us pictures. We agreed that we would start fresh by deciding on new charities at the Holiday Party. Oooopps. Now we've decided to name our new charities at the Feb. meeting. There will be NO Jan. meeting Dramatic Music.......... We voted in the Incumbent Officers for another term, with Ann being the only confused descending vote. George was told to put the Pisssssed Pins on our merchandise page. We ended the meeting by playing dress up with the Harmony Ball Jewelry we got from HBC. Any member wishing to have some jewelry should e-mail Linda by November 30, 2001. We will send 5 assorted pieces for $2.00 (to cover shipping).
