In attendance at this meeting were: Linda Kowalczyk, Simone Flynn,
Ann & George Schmidt, Nancy Hix, Andrius Gerulis
At this meeting:
  • We discussed being called a "Whimsical & Silly" club by the president of another prominent club. pffff!
  • Membership renewal applications will be sent out soon. Please pay a.s.a.p. so we will have money for our new banner.
  • Talked about the Friday night raffle at Rosemont.
  • Nancy did a GREAT job at the "HOP" !!! Nancy explained in great detail how the HOP was formed. She told us about her conversation with Martin Perry about donating a few prototypes to charity - starting with the Oklahoma victims. Martin mentioned Nancy's request to Noel, who asked that the prototype auctions become Club President's Council events. The Club President's Council later became the HK HOUSE OF PEERS . Noel appointed Nancy as Charity Coordinator.
  • We decided we weren't thrilled with the idea of having the LORD OF THE AISLES at Rosemont at 9:00am. We would rather see it at 12:00pm.
  • Simone showed us the design for our banner that she had created herself.
Looks GREAT !!!!! We then discussed the colors we would like for the banner. Simone said she would let us know what Chris at HK thought about our choices.
  • We will have volunteers for table sittin' on sat. at Rosemont
  • Simone, Ann & Jeff will be our club's team for the Harmony Bowl Game .
  • Nancy & Linda will accept door prizes sent to them for the Friday night reception at Rosemont. They will post their respective address on the BB. Make sure the items are labeled for door prizes so they don't think you all are just sending them a mess o' presents.
  • Nancy forgot to call & pick up Laura Voss for our "Whimsical & Silly" meeting. Oooooops! Sorry, Laura.
  • Linda says George should bite her @$#%!^%$
  • There will be no July meeting
