At this meeting:

We discussed the Clair de Lune Convention next year at Beautiful Lake Geneva. And how one would have to be a "Loon" not to want to go. Harmony Midwest Members, please send in your reservations soon so HBC can reserve the entire "Loony Bin" for us!. We discussed the HARMONY KINGDOM QVC show. Most of us thought it went well, however, we did notice the complete lack of mention of China. HMMMM??? Also, We were all in agreement that Martin looked simply smashing with his "slicked back doo!"

The 3rd HOP CHARITY RAFFLE will be at the end of September. Tickets will be $5.00. More details will be posted on the Bulletin Board. We talked about possibly offering our newsletter to people via E-Mail. If anyone has any thoughts on this, E-mail me and tell me what you think. O.K.?

We talked about the Prototypes to be raffled off for the HOP RAFFLE, but I know nothing. SHHHHHHHHH We held our NAME THE TURTLE CONTEST for the turtle on our banner. After reviewing the one entry that was actually mailed in, (Thanks to ~*Issy*~, Who will be sent a consolation prize) we came up with these suggestions: Toots Jazz Blow me Billy Monica and the winning name, Bubba

We held our MEMBERS ONLY raffle for the Chicago event tile box and the winner was: Andrius Gerulis Our door prize winner of a beautiful Harmony Garden Orange was: Rich Manherz Treasurer's Report: Linda says we actually have enough money to pay for our banner. Bubba, you're safe!!!! We decided our 2nd Annual Oktoberfest will be held on Sunday, October 10th. We all agreed that we would allow our members to put Swap & Sell type adds in our newsletter free of charge Did anyone bring something fun????? You Betcha Linda brought her white Brean Sands and a lovely photo of an empty white Brean Sands that she, well, almost bought. Ann brought some Adam Binder Zodiac boxes and Fairies that she had recently procured. Very Cute. We will put the "CHUCKY PIG" that our club will receive up for auction on ebay (giving the proceeds to our charities) and postpone our Y2HK raffle cause we're all just raffled out!!! Discussed a local dealer that started their own club (instead of just joining ours) and wanted to know if our two clubs might want to do certain things together? Ha,Ha,Ha,Ha ....... Yeah, that's gonna happen. This is the dealer that thinks Harmony Kingdom is made out of Bone!! and that the Primorial Crooze piece was from the Alaskan Cruise. Does "Don't have a clue" mean anything? Decided to sell our old newsletters for big bucks to anyone that really wants one. Officer elections will be held at our next meeting.......volunteers?......... Ha,Ha,Ha,Ha Our next meeting will be Sunday, September 13th
