• Jeanne Hutcherson has officially joined HMW
• We unanimously voted to replace Ann Weaver as Secretary of HMW with Jeanne Hutcherson. Jeanne resigned from publicity committee. Publicity will still be headed by Simone Flynn, Nancy & Jeff Hix.
• Juan Rathburn & Dave resigned from fundraising committee, unanimously approved.
• Simone is going to seek Pam Rockower's approval for HMW's logo.
• We decided to use first "Primordial Scoop" to introduce our club to businesses when we ask for donations or ask to leave membership applications.
• Approved money to be spent to mail out questionnaires to all our members.
• Linda is still working on Federal Tax I.D. for banking purposes.
• Ann Schmidt read information forwarded by Nancy Hix from the Harmony Kingdom collectors clug Presidents' meeting in Rosemont.
• "Primordial Scoop" will come out Quarterly i.e. Spring/Summer/Fall/Winter Anyone interested in submitting articles for the fall issue can email them to Ann Schmidt
• HMW is taking a one month summer hiatus. Next meeting is September 13, 1998 at 1:00pm at St. Paul Lutheran School, Skokie, IL
